Once registered, each participant will receive access to complete the online Five Behaviors Personal Development assessment to better understand their strengths and challenges within the Five Behaviors model for teamwork.

Attend “The Five Behaviors for Virtual Teams,” on February 9, 2021 from 10-11am MT for an exclusive virtual event with Patrick Lencioni.
You’ll hear Pat’s unique insights on the challenges teams are currently facing and the behaviors needed to work together effectively. Dr. Mark Scullard from Wiley will then introduce The Five Behaviors for Virtual Teams learning experience.

Attend a 90-minute Personal Development virtual facilitation training led by CEO, Tara Powers, on February 16, 2021 from 10-11:30am MT.
Learners will walk away with an understanding of how to apply key principles from The Five Behaviors model to virtual teamwork.
